Do we really need 7 years to digest a gum?
Why people always take 7 years for everything? You break a mirror, 7 years of bad luck. One year for human is 7 years for a dog. So, 7 years to digest a gum. If a dog broke a mirror swallowing a package of gum? You would say that is an arithmetic problem?
The answer to this question is that gum can't be digested, but it doesn't remain 7 years in the stomach. In fact, it could be possible for the gum to facilitate the intestinal transit. You can sometime use sorbitol as sweetener and this product can react as a laxitive.
What does that mean? Of course yes, if you closely take a look, you can see your gum floating next to the pretty cherish pit that you unfortunately swallowed some hours ago.
